This service is not a publisher! We are here to help you prepare your work for self-publishing or to submit it to publishers. Authors are usually faced with two options, and neither are very good. On the one hand, there are platforms that let you quickly distribute your book, but do nothing to help your book be publishing-ready or to stand out from the crowd. On the other hand, there are self-publishing services that sell exorbitant package deals, with vague promises of what they are delivering and mystery surrounding their high costs. For an author new to publishing, it can be confusing concerning what's needed and what's not. As a team experienced with the publishing world, we provide a suite of services that give authors exactly what they need. Publishing Assist was created to give you the ability to be independent without truly having to go it alone. Now you can buy competitively priced publishing services for your books as you want them, à la carte. Publishing Assist was created by Brian Quezada, a founder of MQuills Publishing. Brian and his team have 9 years experience in independent publishing, and have helped authors around the world to get their books in front of readers.

Submissions
Manuscript Submission Guidelines:
- Submit an email to mquills@mquills.com, and list the title of your work in the subject line. We will try to respond within one month of submitting your query if we are considering it.
- Your work will be evaluated for meeting our Ethical Standards (see right), as well as meeting a minimum amount of quality.
- Be sure to proofread your work. Submissions with excessive typos or grammatical errors will be rejected.
- Please send the complete manuscript for your work with your query letter (email) as an attached DOC (.doc) file. We receive a lot of manuscripts, and unfortunately cannot correspond with authors before we have evaluated a work. This means that if only a chapter is sent, or if the manuscript is not attached in some way, the query may be deleted. We only accept completed, unpublished works.
- As a part of your email, be sure to include your name, your work's word count, a brief summary of the plot, and any links or publication credits you may have.
- We do not accept submissions from authors for whom English is a second language (with which they are not fluent) when those manuscripts have not been at least proof read by a native English speaker.
Ethical Standards:
No disinformation: Health, metaphysical, spiritual or other works must not make claims that are dubious or false. No illegal content: No incitements to violence, harassment, etc. "R Rated" or tamer: We do not accept submissions with excessive sex or gore. Submissions should be, at most, only as graphic as one would expect of an R rated film.
